DESCRIPTION' Thomas W-illmus request for special use permit <br />ITEM REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS: <br />and -division of lot at 2807 Hamline. <br />U <br />jq <br />The Planning Commission at its February 9th meeting unanimously recommended <br />approval of Thomas Willmus' request for special use permit and division of <br />lot at 2807 Hamline, with the following conditions: <br />1) That 101 of additional right-of-way be dedicated for Hamline Avenue. <br />2) That sidewalk be constructed adjacent to Centennial Drive and Hamline <br />Avenue. <br />3) That the development be constructed in accordance with site plans as per <br />sheets 1, 2, and 5, dated January 5, 1983, and as per landscape plan dated <br />January 3, 1983. <br />4) That the lot division be in accordance with sheet 2 of drawings dated <br />January 5, 1983. <br />Attached is the Planner's report. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion approving/denying Thomas Willmus' request <br />for special use permit and division of lot at <br />2807 Hamline (with conditions, if approved). <br />
