REVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />Sider yard setback at 559 Heinel Drive. <br />David Zini6,1 proposes to construct a garage addition onto the south end of <br />his existing home. The existing house is located to within 5' of the west <br />side yard property line. The house is, therefore, a nonconforming use because <br />it does not ' comply with the 10' setback required in the ordinance.
