The existing house is located to within <br />5' of the west side yard property line. The house is, therefore, a <br />'-` nonconforming structure because it does not comply with the 10' setback <br />required in the ordinance. The applicant must seek a variance to permit <br />the construction of the new addition. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />The westerly 72 feet of Lot 10, A.K.
