He <br /> indicated the server in violation completed the training course in November 2023, <br /> before the sting and unfortunately the server was in somewhat of a stressful <br /> position. But, not an excuse, since the violation the server has completed the <br /> Minnesota Serve Safe Alcohol Training Couse on January 19, 2024. He indicated <br /> the business makes sure everyone is licensed to pour beer and it is taken very <br /> seriously. <br /> Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one coming <br /> forward. <br /> Strahan moved, Etten seconded, approval to issue and administer the presumptive <br /> penalty pursuant to City Code Section 302.15, for on-sale license holders for the <br /> first violation within thirty-six(36)months. The mandatory minimum penalty shall <br /> be a two-thousand-dollar($2,000.00) fine and a one(1) day suspension. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Groff, Strahan and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> h.
