EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 4th day of March, 2024, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Strahan, Schroeder,Groff, and Roe; and the following were absent: <br /> Etten. <br /> Councilmember Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12057 <br /> RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON <br /> COUNTY ROAD B BETWEEN CLEVELAND AVE AND FULHAM ST <br /> WHEREAS, County Road B between Cleveland Ave and Fulham St is a Municipal State Aid <br /> roadway; and <br /> WHEREAS, such roadways are proposed to be reconstructed using Municipal State Aid funds <br /> and the reconstruction of such roadways must conform to established State Aid standards; and <br /> WHEREAS, State Aid standards do not allow parking on a 25 foot wide roadway; and <br /> WHEREAS, County Road B will be reconstructed to a 25 foot width from Cleveland Ave and <br /> Fulham St and "no parking" signs will be posted throughout, except where parking will be <br /> permitted in designated parking bays where the road is wider. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that <br /> parking is hereby prohibited on County Road B between Cleveland Avenue and Fulham Street. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Strahan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Strahan, <br /> Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
