Convey to the City Council their understanding of the community's sentiment regarding 377 recreation and parks and to submit recommendations to the City Council on parks and 378 recreation programs and policy. 379 380 F. Review conditions and adequacy of city park property. 381 382 G. Provide hearings to groups or individuals, upon request, regarding parks and recreation 383 matters. 384 385 H. Keep informed and consider all financial aspects pertaining to parks and recreation. 386 387 I. Consider proper names for city park property. 388 389 J. Propose regulations for control of city park property to the City Council. 390 391 K. Advise and assist architectural engineers on preparation of specific plans prior to the 392 presentation to the City Council for formal approval. 393 394 L. Represent the city at community functions where appropriate and approved by the City 395 Council. 396 397 M. Represent the city at meetings with other community, county or state boards of similar 398 nature where appropriate and approved by the City Council. 399 400 N.
