<br />5 APPROVING PUBLICATION OF AN ORDINANCE SUMMARY OF THE
<br />6 AMENDMENT TO TITLE 2, CHAPTERS 201, 202, 203, 204, 206, 207, AND
<br />7 208 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE IN ORDER TO CLARIFY THE
<br />8 PURPOSE, MEMBERSHIP, SCHEDULE, DUTIES, AND FUNCITONS OF
<br />9 CERTAIN ROSEVILLE ADVISORY COMMISSIONS.

<br />11 SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Roseville, on March 11, 2024,
<br />12 adopted Ordinance No. _____________. Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subd.
<br />13 4, allows publication by title and summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those
<br />14 containing charts or maps.

<br />16 The City Council has determined that the following summary would clearly inform
<br />17 the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance.

<br />19 SECTION 2: The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. _____
<br />20 entitled “AMENDING TITLE 2 CHAPTERS 201, 202, 203, 204, 206, 207, AND
<br />21 208 TO CLARIFY THE PURPOSE, MEMBERSHIP, SCHEDULE, DUTIES,
<br />22 AND FUNCITONS OF CERTAIN ROSEVILLE ADVISORY COMMISSIONS”
<br />23 which was approved by the City Council of Roseville on March 11, 2024, and
<br />24 directs the City Clerk to publish the title and summary as follows in the official
<br />25 newspaper in lieu of the entire ordinance:

<br />27 On March 11, 2024, the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted
<br />28 Ordinance No._____, an ordinance amending Title 2, Sections 201,
<br />29 202, 203, 2045, 206, 207, and 208 of the Roseville City Code in order
<br />30 to clarify the purpose, membership, schedule, duties, and functions of
<br />31 certain Roseville advisory commissions.

<br />33 SECTION 3: A printed copy of the full ordinance is available for inspection
<br />34 by any person during regular office hours in the office of the City Manager at the
<br />35 Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113. A copy
<br />36 of the ordinance and summary shall also be posted on the Internet web page of the
<br />37 City of Roseville (www.cityofroseville.com).
