37 <br />38 Policy Objectives <br />39 The Roseville Police Department seeks to expand outreach services available to <br />40 individuals and families impacted by housing instability. Seeking innovative funding <br />41 opportunities to enhance these services advances the City's community aspiration of being <br />42 secure in our diverse and quality housing and neighborhoods. <br />43 <br />44 Racial Equity Impact Summary <br />45 Historically marginalized groups, including people of color, are disproportionately impacted <br />46 by homelessness due to structural racism and disparities in access to health care, <br />47 economic opportunities, housing, and education. Roseville is not immune from these <br />48 disparities.
