EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1 <br />2 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />th <br />3 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 4 day of March, 2024, at <br />4 6:00 p.m. <br />5 The following members were present: ; and the following were absent: . <br />6 Councilmemberintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />7 <br />8 RESOLUTION NO. <br />9 RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON <br />10 COUNTY ROAD B BETWEEN CLEVELAND AVE AND FULHAM ST <br />11 WHEREAS, County Road B between ClevelandAve and Fulham St is a Municipal State Aid <br />12 roadway; and <br />13 WHEREAS, such roadways are proposed to be reconstructed using Municipal State Aid funds <br />14 and the reconstruction of such roadways must conform to established State Aid standards; and <br />15 WHEREAS, State Aid standards do not allow parking on a 25 foot wide roadway; and <br />16 WHEREAS, County Road B will be reconstructed to a 25 foot width from Cleveland Ave and <br />17 Fulham St and “no parking” signs will be posted throughout, except where parking will be <br />18 permitted in designated parking bays where the road is wider. <br />19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />20 parking is hereby prohibited on County Road B between Cleveland Avenue and Fulham Street. <br />21 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />22 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; and the following <br />23 voted against the same . <br />24 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Qbhf!334!pg!342 <br /> <br />
