<br />Attachment 1 <br />89 1.Projects will be prioritized that provide affordable housing to Persons of <br />90 Low and Very Low Income. <br />91 2.Projects may be prioritized that: <br />92 a.Reduce disparities in home ownership. <br />93 b.Reduce housing cost burden, housing instability, or homelessness. <br />94 c.Improve the habitability of homes. <br />95 d.Create accessible housing. <br />96 e.Create more energy- or water-efficient homes. <br />97 <br />98 912.4 FUNDING SOURCES. <br />99 <br />100 A.The City Council may pledge any of the following sources of funding, which may <br />101 include, but are not limited to funding of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund: <br />102 <br />103 1.Private cash donations from individuals and corporations designated for <br />104 the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. <br />105 2.Grants or loans from a state, federal, county or local government or private <br />106 sources. <br />107 3.The sale of real and personal property. <br />108 4.Local government appropriations, development fees and other funds as <br />109 designated from time to time by the City Council. <br />110 5.Investment earnings from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. <br />111 6.Tax Increment Finance (TIF) pooled funds. <br />112 7.Housing and Redevelopment levy funds. <br />113 8.Local Housing Aid funds. <br />114 9.Other sources of funding approved by the City Council. <br />115 <br />116 912.5 ADMINISTRATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND. <br />117 <br />118 A.The Economic Development Authority in and for the City of Roseville (the <br />119 “Authority”) shall administer the Affordable Housing Trust Fund on behalf of the <br />120 City. <br />RS160\\1\\909991.v1 <br />Qbhf!9!pg!614 <br /> <br />
