EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />th <br />2 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 29 day of January, <br />3 2024, at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 The following members were present: and the following members were <br />5 absent: . <br />6 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />7 RESOLUTION No. <br />8 ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO THE ROSE PLACE <br />9 TOWNHOMES PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT <br />10 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 26, 2018, Rose <br />11 of Sharon Manor, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the public improvements associated <br />12 with the Rose Place Townhomes Public Improvement Contract. <br />13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />14 Minnesota, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br />15 and <br />16 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />17 Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />18 favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . <br />19 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Qbhf!332!pg!367 <br /> <br />
