42 b)REVIEW ROSEBROOK PARK UPGRADES ENGAGEMENT SURVEY AND <br />43 STRATEGY <br />44 As was discussed in late 2023, the City is in the process of considering several upgrades to <br />45 Rosebrook Park, including the replacement of the wading pool to a splash pad, providing <br />46 additional parking, and replacement of the playground due to its age and condition. <br />47 A public engagement meeting was held on December 13, 2023. At the meeting neighbors <br />48 encouraged staff to look at enlarging the parking lot on the north side of the park (near the soccer <br />49 fields) and to consider adding lighting to the trail on the east side of the park. <br />50 <br />51 A survey has been created and is planned for distribution in late March. The goal of the survey <br />52 would be to help create a better defined scope for the project.
