He liked the fact that the language about being able to cancel a meeting was added rather than it be a complicated process where the Commission has to vote to cancel the meeting. Councilmember Strahan asked if that would be a conflict if the Commissions were to have smaller breakout meetings or would this be the full Commission meeting. Mayor Roe indicated it would be the entire Commission meeting. Councilmember Etten asked if there was a reason to have the monthly piece in there,just get rid of the extra pieces that are there. Mayor Roe explained this could go back to the original language as well. Councilmember Etten indicated he would just revert back to "Commissions shall meet at least quarterly". Public Comment Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one coming forward. Etten moved, Groff seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1669 entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Title 2 Chapters 201, 202, 203, 204, 206, 207 and 208 to Clarify the Purpose, Membership, Schedule, Duties, and Functions of Certain Roseville Advisory Commissions with changes as discussed." Roll Call Ayes: Groff, Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, and Roe. Nays: None Schroeder moved, Strahan seconded, authorization to publish Ordinance No. 1670 entitled, "Approving Publication of an Ordinance Summary of the Amendment to Title 2, Chapters 201, 202, 203, 204, 206, 207, and 208 of the Roseville City Code in Order to Clarify the Purpose, Membership, Schedule, Duties, and Functions of Certain Roseville Advisory Commissions."
