EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey,Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day April,2024 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe and the following were absent: Strahan Member Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 12059 RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLICATION OF AN ORDINANCE SUMMARY OF ORD No. 1674 CREATING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 317 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE. WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Roseville, on April 8, 2024, adopted Ordinance No. 1674;entitled"AN ORDINANCE CREATING TITLE 3 CHAPTER 317 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE ENTITLED `HOTEL LICENSING REGULATIONS' and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subd. 4, allows publication by title and summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing charts or maps; and WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance and where to obtain a copy of the full text. NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota,hereby approves the following summary language as publication of the Ordinance City of Roseville SUMMARY PUBLICATION Ordinance No. 1674 The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 1674 entitled "AN ORDINANCE CREATING TITLE 3 CHAPTER 317 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE ENTITLED `HOTEL LICENSING REGULATIONS'.
