WHEREAS, it appears that Sunram Construction, Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder for the <br /> Base Bid plus Alternate 2 at the tabulated price of$248,550. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br /> with Sunram Construction Inc. for$248,550 in the name of the City of Roseville for the <br /> above improvements according to the plans and specifications on file in the office of <br /> the City Manager. <br /> 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br /> the deposits made with their bids, except the deposits of the successful bidder and the <br /> next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Schroeder, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Etten, <br /> Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
