<br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
<br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 8th day of April, 2024, at
<br /> 6:00 p.m.
<br /> The following members were present: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following
<br /> were absent: Strahan.
<br /> Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
<br /> RESOLUTION No. 12062
<br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT
<br /> FOR 2024 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROJECT
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans
<br /> and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were
<br /> received on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law
<br /> and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Hydro-Klean, LLC is the lowest responsible bidder at the
<br /> tabulated price of$1,107,852.30; and
<br /> WHEREAS, Hydro-Klean, LLC has agreed to keep its bid unit prices with a reduced project
<br /> scope so the project can be awarded under budget resulting in a awarded contract amount of
<br /> $856,453.90; and
<br /> WHEREAS, The City of Roseville executed a Cooperative Construction Agreement with the
<br /> City of Falcon Heights on February 26, 2024 that includes portion of work in their city as part
<br /> of this project; and
<br /> WHEREAS, since the Falcon Heights portion of the project is over 20% of the estimate, per
<br /> the Cooperative Construction Agreement Falcon Heights City Council must approve the bid.
