<br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
<br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 8th day of April, 2024, at
<br /> 6:00 p.m.
<br /> The following members were present: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following
<br /> were absent: Strahan.
<br /> Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br /> 2024 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans
<br /> and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were
<br /> received on Thursday,March 28,2024, at 9:00 a.m.,opened and tabulated according to law and
<br /> the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br /> WHEREAS, it appears that GMH Asphalt Corporation is the lowest responsible bidder for the
<br /> Base Bid plus Alternate Bid at the tabulated price of$2,754,535.97; and
<br /> WHEREAS, The City of Roseville executed a Cooperative Construction Agreement with the
<br /> City of Falcon Heights on November 6, 2023 that includes portion of work in their city as part
<br /> of this project; and
