Salverda, Car¡son, Kitts, Hammersten, and McGee. Attorney <br />Gearin -and Engineer Ed Bather were also present. <br /> <br />Hammersten MOved, Carlson Seconded the bids on the bond issue be opened. Bond Issue <br />Roll Call ~es (5)-Nayes (0). <br />The Biãs were as fo11ows& <br />First National Ba..1"lk of St. Paul - Average net interest rate of 3.58% <br />American National Bank of St. Paul - Avere.ge net interest rate of 3.39% <br />Bammersten Moved, Carlson seconded the $1,000,000 bond issue be awarded to <br />American National Bank as they were the low bidder. Roll Call .A3res (5)-Nayes (0). <br />.l.schedu1e of the bids will be submitted to the Clerk by Mr. Popovich. <br /> <br />The C]e rk read a resolution creating a sani tP17 sewer improvement bond <br />sinking fund authorizing the issuance of $1,000,000 Sanitary Sewer Improv- <br />ment Bonds" series A, and establishing the form and terms thereof. <br />Mr. PopoviCh eJq"_ained the resolution. <br />Hammersten Moved, Carlson Seconded the assessments bear interest at the <br />rate of 5%. Roll Call ~es (5)-Naye s CO). <br /> <br />McGee Moved, Hammersten Seconded the resolution be adopted.
