EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day April, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Strahan,Etten, Schroeder,Groff,and Roe;and the following were absent: None. Member Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 12065 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLICATION OF AN ORDINANCE SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 1675 AMENDING TITLE 10, ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 1024 TRANSFERING PROCEDURES RELATED TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM TITLE 2 TO TITLE 10. WHEREAS,The City Council of the City of Roseville, on April 22, 2024, adopted Ordinance No. 1675; entitled "Creating Title 10 Chapter 1024 to transfer the Procedures for Preparation, Adoption, and Amendment of the Comprehensive Plan from Title 2, Chapter 202 to Title 10, Chapter 1024", and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subd. 4, allows publication by title and summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing charts or maps; and WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance and where to obtain a copy of the full text. NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Roseville,Minnesota, hereby approves the following summary language as publication of the Ordinance City of Roseville SUMMARY PUBLICATION Ordinance No. 1675 The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 1675 entitled Creating Title 10 Chapter 1024 to transfer the Procedures for Preparation,Adoption, and Amendment of the Comprehensive Plan from Title 2, Chapter 202 to Title 10, Chapter 1024: On April 22, 2024, the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted Ordinance No.1675, an ordinance amending Title 10, to establish Chapter 1024 to transfer the process for preparation, adoption, and amendment of the Comprehensive Plan from Title 2, Chapter 202 to Title 10 Chapter 1024.
