• Safe access to outdoors and safe movement for pedestrians and bicycles contributes to
health and well-being.
• There are difficulties for people needing to cross County Road C. Traffic moves quickly there. There
are especially problems near Central Park and the new apartments.
• The flashing yellow lights for pedestrians on Lexington and Victoria are helpful, but my husband
stopped for a pedestrian there once when the lights were flashing, and he was rear ended by two
cars in 2020.
g.
