Attachment 1 <br />lei <br />Public Works Department <br />Memo <br />To: Public Works Environmental and Transportation Commission Members <br />From: Jennifer Lowry, City Engineer <br />Date: March 20, 2024 <br />Re: Communications Items <br />The following are updates to projects and other activities happening in Roseville since the last <br />commission meeting: <br />Roseville Public Works project updates: <br />o McCarron Retaining Wall Replacement <br />• The project was awarded to Veit & Company, Inc., on February 12, 2024. <br />o County Road B Reconstruction west of Cleveland Avenue <br />• The project plans, which include the 2024 PMP mill and overlay roads, are out forbid. <br />Tree removal is underway. <br />Long Lake Lift Station <br />• Construction began March 18, 2024. <br />County Road B Reconstruction from Snelling Avenue to Lexington Avenue (Ramsey County) <br />• The County has bid the roadway work which includes our watermain replacement and <br />is coordinated with Xcel gas replacement. West leg of County Road B at Hamline <br />Avenue will be closed for —3 day the first week of April, 2024. <br />2024 Sewer Lining Project <br />• Bid opening March 21, 2024. <br />Other agency project updates: <br />o Th 36 Multimodal Study from I35 W in Maplewood (MNDOT) <br />• Update to be presented to City Council April 22, 2024. <br />o Dale Street 4-3 Conversion from Lovell Avenue into St. Paul (Ramsey County) <br />• Plans going to bid soon for construction this year. <br />o County Road C from Lexington Avenue into Little Canada (Ramsey County) <br />• Project team meetings have begun.
