Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 Chair Ficek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />3 request, Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer called the roll. <br />4 Present: Chair Bryant Ficek; Vice Chair Des Mueller; and Members Jarrod <br />5 Cicha, Daniel Fergus, Edwin Hodder, Allison Luongo, and Sarah <br />6 Rudolf <br />7 Absent: None. <br />8 Staff Present: Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer; Sustainability <br />9 Specialist Noelle Bakken, and Environmental Manager <br />10 Ryan Johnson <br />11 2. Public Comments <br />12 None. <br />13 3. Approval of January 23, 2024 Meeting Minutes <br />14 Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />15 commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />16 draft presented in meeting materials. <br />17 Motion <br />18 Member Hodder moved, Member Cicha seconded, approval of the January <br />19 23, 2024 meeting minutes as presented. <br />20 Ayes:7 <br />21 Nays: 0 <br />22 Motion carried. <br />23 4.
