VILLAGE OF ROOEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council Tuesday July 10, 1956 8 p.m. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present. Salvcrda, Carlson, Kitts, Hammersten, and McGee. Attorney Robert Gearin and Engineer Ed Bather were also present. Carlson Moved, Hanmersten Seconded the minutes of the July 3, Council Meet- ing be accepted as presented. Roll Call Ayes(4)-Nayes (ta.).McGee opposed. A letter was ì:eceived from. Ed Willmus in cc::npliance with the request of the Village Council. The letter is to certify that the full width of Galtier Street North of Iona Lane to County Road t:-2, in Bertlee Homesites,will be completed. Mr. McCubrey of the State Highway Department discussed the sewer line con- struction at Hamline and T.H.36, as some time in the future they may have to lower T.H.36 under a bridge at Hamline, and asked the Council if they would be willing to sign a resolution for the Highway Department. Banister Engineering will submit a letter on the matter to the Council by the next regular meeting. The Plat of Fairview Hills was brought up. Charles Georg:i, who drew the plat, asked for the Council's consideration to accept the plat as it was submitted before the new Plat and Subdivision Regulations were in effect. McGee Hoyed, Sa1rerda Seconded the Clerk be instructed to give the develope:- a copy of the ne~ regulations and the plat be ::esubmit~ed. in its proper form to the Counc~l to be referred to the Plannmg Comr!l1ss~on. B-2 appeared before tlE Council in behalf of three others and himself as!dng permission to vacate a twelve foot walk easement adjacent to lots 6,7,8 and 9 of Block 2 of Tschida'a Plat.
