Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff,and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and City <br /> Attorney Rachel Tierney were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> a. City Manager Trudgeon requested removal of Item 7a (Consider a Request to Perform an <br /> Abatement for Unresolved Violations of City Code at 3119 Mildred Drive). Staff has been <br /> in contact with the property owner and is working to resolve this issue. <br /> Schroeder moved, Groff seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Ms. Lindsay Stauner, St. Paul Farmers Market, 290 5th Street, East St. Paul, indicated she <br /> was at the meeting to share that the farmers market will be starting its seasonal market in <br /> Roseville at 2131 Fairview Avenue, Corpus Christi Catholic Church, in two weeks. <br /> Opening day is May 7th, and runs through October. The market will be open from 8:00 a.m. <br /> to 12:00 p.m. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked Ms. Stauner for coming to the meeting and he knows people will be <br /> excited for the market to open. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> a. Proclaim Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month <br /> Mayor Roe read the Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month <br /> Proclamation. <br /> Strahan moved, Etten seconded, proclaiming May 2024 Asian American and <br /> Pacific Islander Heritage Month. <br /> Roll Call <br />
