Note to$1,899,000(as amended,the"Amended TIF Note")and revises the minimum market value <br /> of the Redevelopment Property as listed in the Assessment Agreement(as amended,the"Amended <br /> Assessment Agreement"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 469.177, subd. 8 of the TIF Act requires that the Amended Assessment <br /> Agreement be reviewed and approved by the City Council of the City (the "City Council") and <br /> pursuant thereto, the Amended Assessment Agreement is presented to the City Council for their <br /> consideration. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Amended Assessment Agreement substantially <br /> the form presented to the City Council, together with any related documents necessary in <br /> connection therewith, are hereby approved by the City Council. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Strahan, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, <br /> Strahan, and Mayor Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> RS275\28\951105.v 1 <br />
