<br />Village of Roseville <br /> <br />Continued meeting of the Vi.¡lage Council Thursday September 27, 1956 7: 30 p.m. <br /> <br />The Council met on the above date as a continuation of its September 18th and <br />September 25th meetings for the purpose of a budget hearing. The following <br />members were present. Salverda, Carlson, Kitts, Hammersten and McGee. <br /> <br />The proposed 1957 budget for Municipal Court, Planning Commission, and items <br />from the various departments for the 1957 budget were discussed. <br />A possible bond issue was discussed. <br /> <br />Mike and Gene Schwartz who leased property for their vegetable market this <br />sUll1Jl1er re:Qorted that they are in position to by the property now and wanted <br />to know iT there would be any add~tional requirements, if there is a transfer <br />of ownership. They wére told that the Council would check with the bù.ilding <br />inspec"tllr. <br /> <br />The League of Women Voters offered to make posters adverti.ing that "Fire Town 590ft <br />should be shown on all fire insurance policies taken out by peo¡>le residing in the <br />Village of Roseville so that credit is given to the Roseville :[i'~emen's Relief Assoc.. <br />iation instead of St. Paul's. <br /> <br />. Carlson Hoved, Harmrlersten Seconded that lvIrs. Bohlman be given an increase in pay <br />of 10¢ per hour effective immediately. Roll Call Ayes (2).. Nayes (3)...
