The alley in Block 5 of Chas A.B.Weide's Midway Addition; and The alley in Block 6 of Chas A.B. Weide's Midway Addition; and WHEREAS, the alleys and walks that are being vacated are legally described on the attached Exhibit A and as shown on the attached Exhibit B; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk published, posted, and mailed notice of a public hearing as required by law, and a public hearing was held on the proposed vacation on the 3rd day of June, 2024; and WHEREAS, public walks and public alleys are not currently, nor are planned to be, constructed within these areas on the plats; and WHEREAS, the City Council in its discretion has determined that the vacation will benefit the public interest because these areas are not needed for current or future public walkway or alley purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that: 1. The following described areas: The alley in Block 1 of Tschida's Plat; The alley in Block 2 of Tschida's Plat; The alley in Block 3 of Tschida's Plat; The walk between Lots 6 and 6, Block 1 of Tschida's Plat; The walk between Lots 8 and 9, Block 1 of Tschida's Plat; The walk between Lots 7 and 8, Block 2 of Tschida's Plat; The walk between Lots 9 and 10, Block 2 of Tschida's Plat; The walk between Lots 7 and 8, Block 3 of Tschida's Plat; The walk between Lots 9 and 10, Block 3 of Tschida's Plat; The alley in Block 1 of Chas. A.B.Weide's Midway Addition; The alley in Block 2 of Chas. A.B.Weide's Midway Addition; The alley in Block 3 of Chas. A.B.
