He wanted to be careful not <br /> to dip into that fund too much. <br /> Councilmember Schroeder agreed with the Mayor that staff should look at all of <br /> the options because until the City has an idea of what it is going to take for all of <br /> that, not only costs, but work and everything else and how it will fit together, she <br /> thought it made sense for staff to look at all of the options. <br /> Mayor Roe stated Councilmember Schroeder made a good point about the needs <br /> ascertainment being done in 2011 as a part of the Master Plan process. He thought <br /> it made sense to check back in with the community as part of that holistic approach <br /> to have a good understanding because it would make no sense to put a lot of <br /> investment in property acquisition and upgrading and find out the City is doing it <br /> all around a 2011 plan that does not pertain to the City anymore. <br /> Mr. Trudgeon noted this would be brought to the School District at the end of May. <br /> 8.
