Peterson informing the Council of <br />~Ju:~es recelved on September 1(, 1956 by Arnold M. Bellià while leaving <br />the ,!~llage HaIl and that he would appreciate it if the Villafe Hould notify <br />the lns\lrance Company of the accident and have them contact Hr PeteX'ç:on ~ <br />c,?ncern~g the ~¡a:tter. . The. Clerk reported that the llilguarded ånd unlJ..ghted <br />wlndow well, whlcn }~. Bellls h~d the misfortune of stepping into has been <br />corrected and that the matter wlll be reported to the Insurance Company. <br /> <br />A letter W,}S read from Willi~ Post informing the Council that sewer construction <br />has broken his ùncrete driveway. The Attorney will refer the Jœlhtwr to the <br />sewer contractor. <br /> <br />The Clerk read a letter from H. J. IvIcGough vJhich informed the Council théJ.t the <br />n8cessaIJT fill to make his property good sub-division land has been arranged for, <br />and that the fill can be deposj.ted ei tiler on the basis of the existing plat or <br />the revised plat--therefore, he objected to the use of tllis proper~ for park <br />purposes as he felt that there is other vacant land in the area wtil1 located <br />in proper relaT...ionship to existing and future subdivisions vJhich could be used, <br />upon v¡[1Ìch no improvement plans have been instigated. Action ,Jas previously <br />taken on the matter. <br /> <br />A letter was read from the St2.te Hater Pollution Control Commission reporting <br />that plans recently submitted for sewerage facilities in the Village are approved, <br />and permit for such construction is granted. A report on the eX81llination of plans <br />for sewer extensions was enclosed. <br /> <br />A letter was read from North Comp Presbyterian Church requesting a street light <br />near the Church. A petition ~,¡as submjtted requesting street sJgns at the corners <br />of Albert and Sextan~ and Albert and Brooks. Both me.tters were referred to the <br />Engineer for his study 2nd recomnendation. <br /> <br />A letter í-laS reé'..d from }'Lr.i. Hrs. Albert J. Heimbé;.ch reaâesting that sorre <br />correction be made due to the fact that after having a survey made they find <br />that Laurie Road is infringing over their property line. The Cler~ was instructed <br />to write to ¥Jr.~: }1rs.
