EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 17h day of June, 2024, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Etten, Groff, Strahan, Schroeder, and Roe; <br /> and the following were absent: None. <br /> Member Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 12075 <br /> RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON <br /> PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD B2 BY CENTRAL PARK ELEMENTARY <br /> WHEREAS, County Road B2 is a Ramsey County road within the City of Roseville; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville and Ramsey County wish to establish a no parking area near <br /> the western driveway at Central Park Elementary for better site visibility; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County requires a no parking resolution so a no parking zone can be <br /> established; and <br /> WHEREAS,parking will be restricted on the street and"no parking" signs will be posted as per <br /> the map in Exhibit A. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that <br /> parking is hereby prohibited on County Road B2 approximately 80 feet on either side of the <br /> western driveway for Central Park Elementary as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Strahan, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Etten, Groff, Strahan, <br /> Schroeder, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
