The fence permit application was submitted for a six-foot fence in a front yard; <br /> however, the applicant had not received variance of the four-foot height limitation <br /> under Roseville City Code Section 1011.08, A, 8. <br /> 5. The fence constructed did not reflect the fence depicted on the plans provided with <br /> the permit application, and is on property not owned by the applicant. <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Adjustment and Appeals of the <br /> City of Roseville orders removal of the fence no later than July 15. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Etten, Groff, Strahan, <br /> Schroeder, and Mayor Roe. <br /> and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
