<br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: 5/20/2024 <br />Item No.: 10.g. <br />Department Approval City Manager Approval <br /> <br /> <br />Item Description: Adopt a resolution approving amended assessment agreements with Roseville <br />Leased Housing Associates I and II, LLLP <br />1 <br />2 Background <br />3 On May 13, 2024, the Roseville Economic Development Authority authorized amendments <br />4 to the Contract for Private Redevelopment for Roseville Leased Housing Associates I and II <br />5 LLLP, which included revisions to the valuations noted within the assessment <br />6 agreements. State Statue 469.177 subd. 8 requires that any modification or termination of <br />7 an assessment agreement must be approved by the governing body of the municipality.
