<br />ATTACHMENT 2 <br />44 Note to $2,044,000 (as amended, the “Amended TIF Note”) and revises the minimum market value <br />45 of the Redevelopment Property as listed in the Assessment Agreement (as amended, the “Amended <br />46 Assessment Agreement”); and <br />47 WHEREAS, Section 469.177, subd. 8 of the TIF Act requires that the Amended Assessment <br />48 Agreement be reviewed and approved by the City Council of the City (the “City Council”) and <br />49 pursuant thereto, the Amended Assessment Agreement is presented to the City Council for their <br />50 consideration. <br />51 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Amended Assessment Agreement substantially <br />52 the form presented to the City Council, together with any related documents necessary in <br />53 connection therewith, are hereby approved by the City Council. <br />54 <br />55 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , <br />56 and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: , , , <br />57 , and Mayor . <br />58 and the following voted against the same: . <br />59 <br />60 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />61 <br />RS275\\28\\951105.v1 <br />Qbhf!245!pg!257 <br /> <br />
