Consultants are working on the plan to <br />provide a draft for City and public comment this fall. <br />• httys://talkdot.state.mn.us/roseville-bike-plan <br />o McCarron Retaining Wall Replacement <br />• Anticipated completion by Labor Day. <br />o County Road B Reconstruction, west of Cleveland Avenue <br />• Over the next few weeks storm sewer will be done portion of County Road B. <br />• Residents are encouraged to subscribe to the website for ongoing updates. <br />0 2024 PMP <br />• Portions of the PMP in the Midland Hills neighborhood adjacent to the reconstruction <br />project will be done in coordination with the reconstruction. Other streets that are a <br />part of the PMP are complete. <br />o County Road B Reconstruction from Snelling Avenue to Lexington Avenue (Ramsey <br />County) <br />• Road construction and city watermain replacement has begun. <br />0 2024 Sewer Lining Project <br />• Cleaning and lining has begun on the various locations throughout the city. Contractor <br />to notify impacted properties a minimum of 24 hours in advance of lining. <br />0 2024 Pathways Project <br />• Project is currently in design and includes Lexington Avenue, between County <br />Road B and TH 36, the Wagner Street to Western Avenue cul-de-sac connection, and <br />Tamarack Park pathways shown in Attachment 2.
