Being able to eat all of the pizza and then compost (or recycle <br />the box if it's free of grease) is ideal. Restaurant employees generally ignore when customers <br />make special requests related to waste reduction - ex. Please don't include plastic cutlery, <br />extra sauce packets, etc. I don't do takeout because of the amount of unnecessary garbage <br />that the system produces. If (hopefully when) this ordinance passes, I will be more likely to <br />order takeout if restaurants actually followthe ordinance. <br />3 / 14 Page 72 of 97 <br />
