4!RFP Process 4.1!Schedule and Proposal Instructions To the best of its ability, the City will use the following process and schedule shown in Table 1 for its decision-making: Table 1 Current RFP Schedule* Event Date/Time RFP issued July 2310 Notification of intent submitted to City August 9July 24 by 4:00 p.m. City answers to questions issued to pre-proposal meeting attendees August 232 by 4:00 p.m. Proposals due to City September 6August 16 by 4:00 p.m. Possible Interviews of finalists September 212 - 13 Optional tour(s) of designated MRF(s) September 126 -13 City Council meeting to authorize Contract negotiations September 23October 7 Execution of Contract October 7October 21 (approximately) Note: *These dates are subject to change as the City deems necessary. All contact by prospective Respondents and their agents regarding the Citys RFP and procurement decision-making must only be made with the Citys designated contact person, Ryan Johnson, until after final execution of a new recycling Contract. Prospective Respondents are encouraged to contact Mr. Johnson with questions or requests for more information. Other unauthorized contact made with other persons (for example, City staff, elected officials, City residents, County staff, consultants, etc.) may, at the sole discretion of the City, disqualify the Respondent from consideration. Respondents questions, requests for clarification, or requests for more information about this RFP or process must be submitted no later than 4 p.m. July 24, 2024, by email to: Ryan Johnson, Environmental Manager Ryan.Johnson@cityofroseville.com All questions and requests for more information and the Citys responses will be summarized in writing and emailed to Respondents interested in responding to this RFP by 4:00 p.m. August 2, 2024.
