3.3 Annual Report to Multi -Dwelling Units Owners <br />The City's Contractor shall provide an annual report by January 31 of each year to the MDU <br />owners served by the City's Contractor. A copy of each report to the MDU owners shall also be <br />submitted to the City. The report shall contain, at a minimum, the following information: <br />Name of owner, building manager, and contact information (mailing address, phone <br />numbers, e-mail, etc.). <br />2. Street address of each MDU served. <br />3. Number of dwelling units for each MDU. <br />4. Description of collection services made available to occupants, including number of <br />MDU recycling stations, number of MDU recycling containers, location of stations, and <br />dates of collection. <br />5. Description of public education tools and frequency used to inform occupants of <br />availability of services. <br />6. Tonnage estimates for each building. <br />7. Recommendations for future improvements (e.g., specific public education tools). <br />3.4 Annual Performance Review Meeting to Discuss <br />Recommendations for Continuous Improvement <br />Upon receipt of the Contractor's annual report, the City shall schedule a meeting with the <br />Contractor and the City's Public Works Environment and Transportation Committee. <br />The objectives of this meeting will include (but will not be limited to): <br />♦ Review Contractor's annual report, including trends in recovery rate and participation. <br />♦ Review efforts the Contractor has made to expand recyclable markets. <br />♦ Review Contractor's performance based on feedback from residents to the Committee <br />members and/or City staff. <br />♦ Review Contractor's recommendations for improvement in the City's recycling program, <br />including enhanced public education and other opportunities. <br />♦ Review staff and Committee recommendations for improving Contractor's service. <br />♦ Discuss other opportunities for improvement with the remaining years under the current <br />Contract. <br />♦ Discuss actions Contractor is taking to reduce its carbon footprint. <br />RFP for City of Roseville Recycling Services .
