This experience is <br />confirmed by a strong referral base, professional-level training, and decades of multi-sector experiences <br />in-the trenches, and in leadership. She began coaching exclusively in 2016 when she <br />founded INspiring SIGHT. Specializing in systems transformation, capacity building and <br />board development, Mary Kay understands that leaders think differently than employees, <br />conflict means something is trying to emerge and systems hold their own wisdom and <br />intelligence. <br />Mary Kay’s work is transformational because she is not afraid to create positive discomfort <br />by challenging thinking and pointing out discrepancies between words, actions and desires. <br />With a passion for building resiliency and long-term change, she creates safe spaces for all <br />to bring their best to the workplace while the organization meets its bottom-line. <br />Mary Kay Delvo <br />Organizations and individuals with the desire to evolve, grow & take risks view Mary Kay as <br />Nonprofit Capacity <br />an asset. <br />Builder <br />Mary Kay finds joy in building the capacity of leaders and their organizations so they feel <br />Principle on the Project <br />confident they can handle what ever comes their way. She has two young adult sons, loves <br />to bike, swim, camp, sing, read and write. <br />Deborah Gleason is an analyst and has a unique approach to manipulating and cleaning <br />data, creating actionable reports, developing systems and processes, streamlining high-level <br />analyses, and documenting it to the hilt. She devours new systems and processes and is <br />constantly in learning mode. <br />Passionate about creating efficient processes and making information more accessible, <br />Deborah designed an approach to manipulating and cleaning data, creating actionable <br />reports, developing systems and processes, streamlining high-level analyses and <br />documenting it to the hilt so her clients know what to do after she is gone. <br />Deborah Gleason <br />Deborah is actively engaged with nonprofits to give back to her community. She is <br />Analyst <br />passionate about accessibility, diversity and inclusion, and ensures that lens is always on <br />INspiring SIGHT’s work. She is currently the Chair of the MN Statewide Independent Living <br />Research, Analysis & <br />Council and serveson the State Rehabilitation Council (both Governor appointed roles). <br />Synthesis <br />Other nonprofit involvement includes Minnesota State Academy for the Blind Foundation, <br />Chair, WeCo Accessibility Services Advisory Board, and servesonthe board of directors for <br />the Sexual Violence Center, MN. Deborah also owns The Information Tamer, an analysis, and <br />system design firm. <br />Deborah is a huge Jeopardy fan, successful gamer and loves puzzles of all kinds.
