Without replacing this <br /> boiler, ice/snow will cause a safety issue for the staff and visitors on these surfaces. This boiler is not currently listed on the 2024 CIP but will, be funded from unspent funds from <br /> other skating center 2024 CIP projects that came in underbudget.
