RCA Attachment 3 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of September, 2024 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 12XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED ROSEVILLE COVENANT CHURCH <br />2ND ADDITION PRELIMINARY PLAT AT 2865 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF24-004) <br />WHEREAS, Roseville Covenant Church has submitted a valid application for approval of the <br />propose preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of <br />Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public hearing for this <br />application on September 4, 2024, and voted 5-1 to recommend its approval with certain <br />conditions; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Roseville City Council, to approve the proposed <br />Roseville Covenant Church 2nd Addition preliminary plat, based on the public record and City <br />Council deliberation, with the following conditions: <br />1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works staff provided for review with this proposal, the <br />applicant shall: <br />a. Dedicate easements as indicated in the preliminary plat; and <br />b. Provide an Operations and Maintenance Plan, and record an Operations and Maintenance <br />Agreement in favor of the City, pertaining to the maintenance of the private storm water <br />management BMPs. <br />2. Pursuant to the memo from Parks and Recreation staff provided for review with this proposal, <br />the applicant shall: <br />a. Dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $8,500 prior to filing the plat at Ramsey <br />County; and <br />RS160\\1\\899047.v2 <br />Qbhf!44!pg!345 <br /> <br />
