2!General Requirements for All Collections 2.1!Service Requirements The Contractor shall provide comprehensive recycling services as fully described herein and as described in . Each collection vehicle shall be equipped with the following: 1.!Two-way communications device. 2.!First aid kit. 3.!All safety equipment required by federal, State of Minnesota, and local governing bodies, including federal and state (DOTs). 4.!Universal spill kits, or other appropriate equipment for cleaning up spills and/or leaks. 5.! residue. 2.3!Personnel Requirements Contractor shall retain sufficient personnel and equipment to fulfill the requirements and specifications of this Contract. The Contractor will provide a route supervisor to oversee the recycling route drivers servicing the City. The route supervisor will be available to respond to customer complaints by cell phone or voice mail.
