To accomplish this goal, all City departments will prioritize equity in <br />their planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs, policies, and services. Working conditions must be as safe as possible meeting all local, <br />state, and federal policies, guidelines, rules, and laws. Labor policies should fully respect the rights of all <br />employees.
