Name of property owner, if different from applicant, and signature of property <br />97 owner authorizing sue of property for the Temporary Cannabis Event; <br />98 <br />99 4.A copy of the application for a Temporary Cannabis Event Organizerlicense <br />100 submitted to the Office of Cannabis Management under Minn. Stat. § 342.39, <br />101 subd. 2; <br />102 <br />103 5.A description of any services, city personnel, cityequipment and city property <br />104 which the applicant requests the Cityto provide, including the applicant’s <br />105 estimate of the number and type needed, and the basis on which the estimate <br />106 is made. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City retains sole discretion to <br />107 determine the number and type of services required for the event; <br />108 <br />109 6. Whether any sound amplification or public address system will be used or if <br />110 there will be any playing of any music or musical instruments. <br />111 <br />112 B.Time for filing. A Temporary Cannabis Event permit application must be filed with <br />113 the Cityat least 30 days in advance of the date in which the Temporary Cannabis <br />114 Event is to occur. <br />115 <br />116 \[Note: this timing requirement is optional – can be longer, shorter, or eliminated.\] <br />117 <br />118 C.Permit fee. An applicant for a Temporary CannabisEvent permit must pay a <br />119 nonrefundable permit fee in the amount established by the City’s fee ordinance. <br />120 <br />121 318.05 PERMIT APPLICATION REVIEW. <br />122 <br />123 A. Special Services. The City shall determine whether Special Services may be <br />124 necessary, and the cost for such Special Services. <br />125 <br />126 B.Review. When a Temporary Cannabis Event will not require any Special Services, <br />127 the City Manager, or their designee, may review and approve the permit application <br />128 administratively. In cases where a Temporary Cannabis Event requires Special <br />129 Services, the application will be presented to the City Council for review. <br />130 <br />131 C.Permit Denial. The City may deny an application for a Temporary Cannabis Event <br />132 permit if it determines from a consideration of the application or other pertinent <br />133 information, that: <br />134 <br />135 1.
