ATTACHMENT 4 <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 City of Roseville <br />4 ORDINANCE NO. <br />5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 CHAPTERS 1001, 1005, 1006, <br />6 1009, AND 1011 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE TO INCORPORATE <br />7 CANNABIS AND HEMP USES <br />8 THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />9 SECTION 1: Title 10, Section 1001 of the Roseville City Code is amended <br />10 to read as follows: <br />11 1001.10: DEFINITIONS. <br />12 *** <br />13 CANNABIS CULTIVATION BUSINESS means a business with a cannabis cultivator license, <br />14 medical cannabis cultivator license, or cultivation endorsement from the State of Minnesota <br />15 Office of Cannabis Management. <br />16 CANNABIS DELIVERY/TRANSPORTATION BUSINESS means a business with a cannabis <br />17 delivery service license or delivery service endorsement, orcannabis transporter license or <br />18 transportation endorsement from the State of Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management. <br />19 CANNABIS COMBINATION BUSINESS means a business with a cannabis mezzobusiness <br />20 license with a retail operations endorsement or a cannabis microbusiness license with a retail <br />21 operations endorsement from the Stat of Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management. <br />22 CANNABIS LOUNGE means a portion of the premises of a cannabis business or hemp business <br />23 licensed or endorsed by the State of Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management for on-site <br />24 consumption of edible cannabis products and lower-potency hemp edibles. <br />25 CANNABIS OR HEMP INDUSTRIAL BUSINESSmeans a business with a cannabis <br />26 manufacturer license, cannabis wholesaler license, cannabis testing facility license, medical <br />27 cannabis manufacturer, medical cannabis combination business license, lower-potency hemp <br />28 edible manufacturing license, or manufacturing or testing endorsement from the State of <br />29 Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management. <br />30 CANNABIS OR HEMP RETAILER means a business with a cannabis retailer license, medical <br />31 cannabis retailer license, lower-potency hemp edible retailer license, or retail endorsement from <br />32 the State of Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management. <br />RS160\\1\\977603.v1 <br />Qbhf!217!pg!286 <br /> <br />
