ATTACHMENT 5 <br />320 use any cannabis or lower-potency hemp related or electronic delivery devices at a <br />321 temporary cannabis event. <br />322 <br />323 H.Cleanup: Applicant shall, at no cost to the City, immediately clean up, remove, and <br />324 dispose of all litter or materials of any kind that is placed or left on the premise <br />325 because of the event, or be charged the hourly rate of the employee for cleanup. <br />326 <br />327 I.Notice to Residents: Applicant must provide a 10-day notice to residents within 500 <br />328 feet of the event. For events that occur over a course or a route, the applicant shall <br />329 attempt to notify the public. The City will provide the applicant the mailing list. If <br />330 amplified music and/or speaking will be utilized, such notification must include the <br />331 name and contact information of the person on-site during the event that will be able <br />332 to respond to noise complaints. <br />333 <br />334 J.All Temporary Cannabis Events must follow all requirements of Minn. Stat. § 342.01, <br />335 et seq., and all city policies related to special events. <br />336 <br />337 319.09ENFORCEMENT. <br />338 <br />339 A.Misdemeanor: Any person who violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, <br />340 upon conviction, is subject to a fine and imprisonment as prescribed by state law. <br />341 Each day each violation continues or exists, constitutes a separate offense. <br />342 <br />343 B.Administrative fine: any person who violates this chapter is subject to administrative <br />344 fines in an amount set in the City fee schedule. Each day each violation continues or <br />345 exists, constitutes a separate offense. <br />346 <br />347 C.Violation of any provision of this Chapter shall also be grounds for revocation of the <br />348 Temporary Cannabis Event Permit, denial of any future application for a Temporary <br />349 Cannabis Event permit, and action against any City-issued business license held by <br />350 the Temporary Cannabis Event Organizer. <br />351 <br />352 SECTION 2: Effective date.
