ATTACHMENT 6 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the ___day ____, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLICATION OF AN ORDINANCE SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE No _____CREATING ZONING REGULATIONS FOR CANNABIS AND HEMP USES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville, on November 25, 2024, adopted Ordinance No. _____; entitled “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 CHAPTERS 1001, 1005, 1006, 1009, AND 1011 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE TO INCORPORATE CANNABIS AND HEMP USES”; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subd. 4, allows publication by title and summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing charts or maps; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance and where to obtain a copy of the full text.
