ATTACHMENT 4 <br />November 1, 2024 Case #ENF24-387 <br />Korhan Yesil <br />2165 Victoria St N <br />Roseville MN 55113-4434 <br />Dear Mr. Yesil, <br />A re-inspection of the property at 2165 Victoria St has revealed that the following violations have not <br />been corrected, specifically: <br />Inoperable vehicle(s) stored outside. <br />Unlicensed vehicles stored outside. <br />Vehicles stored on unimproved surfaces. <br />These are violations of Roseville’s City Code, specifically: <br />407.02 G and 407.04 D, both of which require that vehicles stored outside display current <br />registration / licensure and owned by a person who is a legal resident of the property. <br />407.02 G, which also required vehicles stored outside to be stored on improved surfaces <br />(asphalt, concrete, or pavers) and be in an operable condition. <br />If the violations listed are not corrected within 5 days and continuously maintained in compliance <br />thereafter, the City will move forward with further action, including the possibility of an administrative <br />citation or abatement proceedings, which could entail the expenditure of funds for which you, as the <br />property owner, would be responsible to repay. <br />The City’s objective is to increase the enjoyment of neighborhoods and enhance property values <br />through enforcement of City Codes.
