ATTACHMENT 1 <br />1 <br />2 <br />3 City of Roseville <br />4 ORDINANCE NO. <br />5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 CHAPTERS 1001, 1005, 1006, <br />6 1009, AND 1011 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE TO INCORPORATE <br />7 CANNABIS AND HEMP USES <br />8 THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />9 SECTION 1: Title 10, Section 1001.10 (i.e. definitions) of the Roseville <br />10 City Code is amended to add the following definitions in alphabetical order <br />11 to read as follows: <br />12 1001.10: DEFINITIONS. <br />13*** <br />14 CANNABIS CULTIVATION BUSINESS means a business with a cannabis cultivator license, <br />15 medical cannabis cultivator license, or cultivation endorsement from the State of Minnesota <br />16 Office of Cannabis Management. <br />17 CANNABIS DELIVERY/TRANSPORTATION BUSINESS means a business with a cannabis <br />18 delivery service license or delivery service endorsement, or cannabis transporter license or <br />19 transportation endorsement from the State of Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management. <br />20 CANNABIS COMBINATION BUSINESS means a business with a cannabis mezzobusiness <br />21 license with a retail operations endorsement or a cannabis microbusiness license with a retail <br />22 operations endorsement from the Stat of Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management. <br />23 CANNABIS LOUNGE means a portion of the premises of a cannabis business or hemp business <br />24 licensed or endorsed by the State of Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management for on-site <br />25 consumption of edible cannabis products and lower-potency hemp edibles. <br />26 CANNABIS OR HEMP INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS means a business with a cannabis <br />27 manufacturer license, cannabis wholesaler license, cannabis testing facility license, medical <br />28 cannabis manufacturer, medical cannabis combination business license, lower-potency hemp <br />29 edible manufacturing license, or manufacturing or testing endorsement from the State of <br />30 Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management. <br />31 CANNABIS OR HEMP RETAILER means a business with a cannabis retailer license, medical <br />32 cannabis retailer license, lower-potency hemp edible retailer license, or retail endorsement from <br />33 the State of Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management. <br />RS160\\1\\977603.v1 <br />Qbhf!97!pg!745 <br /> <br />
