ATTACHMENT 1 <br />69 manufacturing elements of such business shall conform to the definition of a <br />70 Limited Production/Processing use in Section 1001.10 of this Title. <br />71 SECTION 6: Title 10, Section 1011.12.F (i.e., additional standards for <br />72 specific employment uses in all districts) of the Roseville City Code is <br />73 amended to add paragraphs #11, #12, #13, and #14 to read as follows: <br />74 11. Cannabis or Hemp Retailer: Where a licensed cannabis or hemp retailer is <br />75 located in an E-1 or E-2 zoning district, such business shall be subject to the <br />76 limitation established in Section 1011.12.F.2 of this Title. <br />77 12. Cannabis Delivery/Transportation Business: Where a licensed cannabis <br />78 delivery/transportation business is located in an E-1 or E-2 zoning district, the <br />79 scale of such business shall conform to the definition of a Limited <br />80 Warehousing/Distribution use in Section 1001.10 of this Title. <br />81 13. Cannabis or Hemp Industrial Business: Where a licensed cannabis or hemp <br />82 industrial business is located in an E-1 or E-2 zoning district, the scale of <br />83 manufacturing elements of such business shall conform to the definition of a <br />84 Limited Production/Processing use in Section 1001.10 of this Title. Further, a <br />85 wholesale element of such business shall be subject to the limitation established in <br />86 Section 1011.12.F.5 of this Title. <br />87 14. Cannabis Combination Business: Where a licensed cannabis combination <br />88 business is located in an E-1 or E-2 zoning district, the scale of cultivation and <br />89 manufacturing elements of such business shall conform to the definition of a <br />90 Limited Production/Processing use in Section 1001.10 of this Title. Further, the <br />91 retail element of such business shall be subject to the limitation established in <br />92 Section 1011.12.F.2 of this Title. <br />93 SECTION 7: Effective date.
