This unit controls the temperature in the Banquet <br />Facilities Rose Room. The typical useful life for these units is 15 years. The piece of equipment is <br />critical to the operation of the facility as we host many groups in there throughout the year. We <br />have experienced issues with the unit and have identified it as in need of replacement. Once the <br />useful life has expired, repair costs begin to outweigh the option to replace.
